This is, without a doubt, the worst piece of office machinery we own. If I had to use a term to describe it, it would be psychotic...at best. It constantly refuses to print due to "unknown errors" and the Dymo website is less than helpful when finding a fix. Uninstall everything, reinstall everything, and you may get a single label printed. Or you may have it eat every single (Dymo Brand Only!) stupidly expensive label as it goes through ten before printing one halfway, or not at all. The last fixes available on the Dymo website are half a decade old, which is beyond ancient in terms of electronics. Not to mention the issue with printing postage. IF you can get it to print and IF your package weighs less than 13 ounces, I suppose it might sometimes be handy. But it allows no option for anything weighted over 13 ounces which leads to multiple other steps (visiting USPS, buying directly, downloading a PDF, cropping the PDF, and uploading it to a blank label in the Dymo software which may or may not print) all for the sake of seeming more "professional." I regret every penny spent on this stupid machine.
